Hey ladies! Welcome to www.makeupforgreeneyes.net! My name is Bianca Nicholson, and I started this site as a result of my passion for my own green eyes! When I was younger, I hated my green eyes. I looked at all of the girls with blue eyes and with dark smokey brown eyes, and was so jealous at how easy it was for them to find makeup that went with their eyes. It seemed, though, as if I could never find the right shade for my own eye color.
So I started doing some research and watching some of those great YouTube videos on eye makeup tips. And you know what? I discovered that you can actually do MORE with green eyes than with blue or brown eyes! You just have to have the right shades and use right techniques! So now, I know how to use everything from gold mascara to green eyeshadow, and to not just look great, but to OWN my eye color!
So what is this website all about anyway, besides talking about makeup for green eyes? Well, I don’t just talk about eye makeup tips for all of you green eyed beauties – I give detailed instructions on exactly what shades to use, what brands to buy, and which to avoid. I’ll be posting news on new products, as well as reviews of eye makeup that’s currently on the market. If I’m ever able to, I’ll also include links to sites where you can purchase makeup at a discount.
Going forward, I’d love for this site to become a little community of green eyed women who are passionate about their makeup and about OWNING their green eyes. I want women who come to this site to look way better than those blue eyed and brown eyed skanks, LOL. Once you’ve mastered all of your green eyed makeup tips, you can also go so far as to find hairstyles and clothes that will best complement your green eyes. Seriously, ladies, unless you’re a total dog, you will be outcompeting every other woman out their for the hot guys’ attention once you learn how to apply makeup in a way that is meant for, and flatters, your green eyes.
You might be wondering, as you read this, who exactly I am and what gives me the credentials to give other women tips about makeup for green eyes. Well, as I said before, my name is Bianca Nicholson. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, then went on to do my masters in anthropology at the University of Missouri at Columbia. I’ve been passionate about eye makeup for years, and I’ve written several articles on the topic for various magazines and webzines.
